Discover Casa Noha and Matera with an innovative video and the walking tours of our foundation: FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano (The National Trust for Italy). Casa Noha is an historical house where you can immerse yourself in the history of the town through a multimedia project. It’s the gateway of the city and the perfect starting point for your walking tour in the Sassi and in the Murgia.

From the Sasso Caveoso
Starting from Piazza San Pietro Caveoso, proceed along Via Muro until you reach Via San Potito, turn right and, after about 20 meters, take Recinto Cavone, descending the steps on the right.
Thanks to the professional FAI guides you can get to know an authentic and unprecedented Matera with particular attention to quality. The itineraries we propose are designed to fully experience the city in the most intimate way possible and in small groups. All itineraries can be customized and carried out with collective or private visits.

Casa Noha is accessible to persons with intellectual disability thanks to the “Bene FAI per tutti” project in collaboration with L’Abilità.
