Palazzo Moroni is located in the Upper Town of Bergamo and it represents one of the most significant buildings of the Baroque Era. The Palace is decorated with baroque frescoes and into the rooms visitors can admire the family's art collection. The building has the biggest private garden of Upper Town, divided into Italian gardens and a vegetable garden.

Palazzo Moroni is opened from Wednesday to Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. Last entry at 5PM.

Getting here

By car:
Autostrada A4 TO-VE, exit Bergamo. Palazzo Moroni is located in a restricted traffic zone. We suggest you to leave your car in a Lower Town parking and to arrive in Upper Town by funicular. The funicular station is located 200 m from the Palace.
Even if it is in a restricted traffic zone, you can still enter in the Upper Town by car, but only if you park in one of the three parking, including also the "Parking della Fara", few minutes walking from Palazzo Moroni. For further information click here.

By train:
From Bergamo
Final Station take the Bus number 1 for Città Alta (Upper Town). We suggest you to get off at the stop Colle Aperto.

Accessibility

Visitors with disabilities and, when applicable, their caregiver have free access, in accordance with M.D. 507/97 updated to M.D. 13/2019 and L.104/92.

A reduced ticket is required in case of guided tours, events and other additional services.

Guide dogs and therapy dogs with a training certificate for assistance to persons with disabilities are allowed, always on a leash.

For persons with reduced mobility: difficult access to the property due to its historic nature.

The Palace is inside a limited traffic area.

Good to know

Palazzo Moroni is accessible to families with children. Baby carriers are available to borrow free of charge.
Our staff will be more than happy to show you where baby strollers can be parked.

Dogs are always welcome in the Garden, but must be kept on a leash at all times. To ensure the protection and preservation of the interiors of Palazzo Moroni and its collections, only guide dogs and assistance dogs with certificates for accompanying people with disabilities are allowed inside.
